Pumpkin Muffins

A seasonal treat in the fall and winter months, our pumpkin muffins have just the right amount of spice to keep you warm. Consider planting a seed this spring or summer to make your own pumpkin puree in fall. Pumpkin seeds grow vigorous vines when planted by tiny hands.

Mix together:

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin spice

1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix together:

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

2 eggs

15 ounces of pumpkin puree

1/2 cup avocado oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine, fill and bake muffins at 375 degrees

Mini 13-15 mins

Large 20-22 mins

Jumbo 24-26 mins
